These phases of THE SUSA WAY will aid in long-term player development within the academy, ensuring that players possess all the facets that will help to make them a better player.
Within the style of play, our goal is to teach and develop intelligent players who understand, can communicate, and take ownership of the game, and can adapt based on what the game gives you in the moment (our style v opponents style).
With over 1500 players in the club and affiliates, our Mission is to ensure that soccer becomes the preeminent sport on Long Island by providing a transformational youth soccer environment. A culture which celebrates in all areas of life. A player centered environment driven by coaches who genuinely care about the development of the player and the person for their long term success.
